6:28p - Meeting called to order by Les Huisingh

 

New member candidate Jason Smith of Morrison, was presented by Jim DuBois for membership consideration. Ken Wilcoxen moved to accept Jason to the RROA membership. Gary Taylor seconded the motion. Motion passed by voice vote. 

 

Secretary’s report: Provided by Paul Strohman. Motion to accept: Larry Wilcoxen Seconded: Ken Wilcoxen. Approved by voice vote.

Treasurer’s Report: Not available.

 New Business:

 

·       Rock River Officials Association welcomes the return of Gary Taylor to the community. Gary was presented by Keith Medema.

 

·       There was a general discussion regarding the lack of coaches rating being entered for officials.

 

·       Jim Kalina reported that all Northern Illinois Big 12 sports assigners have been given a two year extension..

 

The next meeting for the Rock River Officials Association will be a Basketball and Wrestling related meeting on November 13, 2011.

 

Larry Wilcoxen moved for adjournment. Keith Medema seconded the motion. Motion passed by voice vote.
