Old Business

• Level 2 softball clinic:
• § Scheduled for 2/28/10 at Walnut Community Center from 1-5 PM. Clinician: Larry Wilcoxen. Cost will $15 for members of RROA and $25 for non-members.

New Business

                Official's Conference, Peoria, July 16 & 17 presentation by Robert Ybarra:

• § Dave Gannaway's retirement
• § Meet and greet the new Assistant Director
• § Expert Presenters
• § Breakout sessions
• § Networking with fellow officials, IHSA personnel, presenters

Sterling Park District pay by Jim DuBois:

• Issues Discussed:
• § Necessity of W-4/1090's
• § Unsecured large amounts of cash to pay officials
• § Tax filing (income & expenses)

Top 15 Lists by Gary Taylor:

• Motion moved by Jim DuBois to publish the association's top 15 lists on the website. Seconded by Milt Richardson. Approved by voice vote.
• An Ad-Hoc committee was formed to investigate alternative methods of determining the association's top 15 in each sport. Committee members are:
• § Paul Strohman
• § Duane Rakestraw
• § Kieth Medema
• § Kent Gravert
